Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Haus of Wisdom. These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to coaching sessions, membership programmes, events, magazine subscriptions, and all other offerings provided by Buckso Dhillon-Woolley trading as Haus of Wisdom (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’).
By purchasing, booking, or accessing any of our services, you (‘you’, ‘your’, ‘the client’) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Services Overview
Haus of Wisdom provides the following services:
In-Haus Membership: A monthly subscription offering group healing and coaching calls, WhatsApp community support, member discounts, and complimentary access to networking events.
One-to-One (121) Coaching Sessions: Private coaching and healing sessions tailored to individual client needs.
Events: Including ‘Empowered Connection’ networking meets, wellbeing expos, and other events as announced. Event names and formats are subject to change.
Magazine: A digital publication for spiritual entrepreneurs, including editorial content, features, and advertising opportunities. Availability and pricing are subject to change.
3. In-Haus Membership Terms
3.1 Subscription and Payment
In-Haus Membership is billed monthly at £47 per month. Payment is taken automatically on the same date each month via the payment method you provide at sign-up. You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
3.2 Membership Benefits
Membership includes:
Access to monthly online group healing and coaching calls
Ongoing support via our private WhatsApp community
10% discount on all Haus of Wisdom events and 121 coaching sessions
Complimentary access to Empowered Connection networking events (held bi-monthly)
3.3 Cancellation Policy
We believe in welcoming the right people into our community and equally, in honouring when the time feels right to move on. You are not tied in. There are no minimum terms, no penalties, and no questions asked.
If at any time this membership no longer feels aligned with where you are on your journey, you are free to leave. Simply email us at least 48 hours before your next billing date and your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for partial months already billed.
3.4 Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behaviour, or violate our community guidelines. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
4. Events
Haus of Wisdom hosts a range of events including ‘Empowered Connection’ networking meets, wellbeing expos, and additional events as announced. Event names and formats are subject to change.
4.1 Booking and Payment
Event tickets must be purchased in advance via our website or designated ticketing platform. Payment is required at the time of booking. Ticket prices are clearly stated and may include early bird rates or standard pricing. Please note: early bird pricing is final and non-refundable.
4.2 Refund Policy
All event ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the ticket holder, change of plans, or personal emergencies.
However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. To do so, please notify us with the new attendee’s full name at least 48 hours before the event.
4.3 Cancellation or Rescheduling by Us
If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. In such cases:
Where circumstances are within our control, we will offer a rescheduled date or a partial refund based on costs already committed to venues and suppliers at the time of cancellation.
Where cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, venue closure, government restrictions), we will offer a rescheduled date or up to 50% of the ticket fee, depending on costs already incurred.
We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.
4.4 Event Conduct
By attending our events, you agree to:
Behave respectfully towards other attendees, facilitators, and venue staff
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or breaches these Terms, without refund.
5. One-to-One (121) Coaching Sessions
5.1 Booking and Payment
121 sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required no less than 7 days before the scheduled session date. Session fees are clearly stated on our website.
5.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
By You: You may cancel or request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. In this case, your session fee will be held and applied to a new date that works for both parties. No refunds are provided. Sessions may be rescheduled, not cancelled for a refund. Please note that rescheduling is available a maximum of three times per booking.
By Us: If we need to cancel a session with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will provide a full refund for that session.
5.3 No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be forfeited. No refund or automatic rescheduling will be offered. We may, at our discretion, offer a rescheduled date, subject to the three-reschedule maximum.
5.4 Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching sessions is confidential. However, confidentiality may be breached if we are required to do so by law, or if we believe there is a risk of harm to you or others.
5.5 Scope of Service
Our coaching services are designed to support personal growth and spiritual development. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you require support in any of these areas, please let us know. We are committed to building a trusted directory of professionals we know and recommend, and we would be happy to point you in the right direction.
6. Magazine
6.1 Access and Subscription
Our digital magazine is currently available for free download via our website.* By subscribing, you consent to receive our magazine and related communications via email.

6.2 Intellectual Property
All content in the magazine, including text, images, and design, is owned by Haus of Wisdom or our contributors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
6.3 Submissions and Features
If you submit content for publication (e.g., articles, interviews, advertisements), you:
Grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish your content
Confirm that all content submitted is your own original work and is not plagiarised from any other source. By submitting content, you are confirming that you hold sole copyright to it.
Confirm that any photographs supplied are royalty-free and not subject to third-party photographer rights. You are responsible for providing the correct photographer credit where applicable, and we will always credit accordingly.
Agree that we may edit your content for clarity, length, or style
6.4 Advertising
Advertising rates and specifications are available upon request. We reserve the right to refuse any advertisement that does not align with our values or standards.
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified on our website. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
7.2 Currency
All prices are stated in British Pounds (GBP) unless otherwise indicated.
7.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or expired card details), we will attempt to contact you. If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your access to services may be suspended or cancelled.
7.4 Refunds
Refunds are not provided as a general policy. The only circumstances in which a refund may be issued are those specifically outlined in these Terms, namely where we cancel a 121 coaching session with less than 48 hours’ notice, or where an event is cancelled and a partial refund applies as described in Section 4.3. Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 14 days and returned to the original payment method.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We provide our services on an ‘as is’ basis and make no guarantees about specific outcomes or results.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Your Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking or registering
Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact or payment details
Take personal responsibility for your own wellbeing and seek appropriate medical or professional support when needed
Respect the confidentiality and privacy of other clients and community members
Ensure that any content, materials, or information you share with us (including for the magazine) is your own original work, is not plagiarised, and does not infringe the rights of any third party
Use our services in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.1 Data We Collect
We collect and process personal data including your name, email address, payment information, and any information you provide during coaching sessions or event registrations.
10.2 How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
Provide and manage our services
Process payments and maintain financial records
Communicate with you about bookings, events, and updates
Send marketing communications (where you have consented)
10.3 Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal obligations)
Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

11. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, in our magazine, and provided through our services (including text, images, logos, videos, and audio) is owned by Haus of Wisdom or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
Use our branding or content for commercial purposes
Record or share coaching session content without our prior consent
12. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have a complaint, please:
Contact us via email with details of your concern
We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days
We will investigate and respond within 14 days
If we cannot resolve your complaint informally, we may suggest mediation or another appropriate dispute resolution process.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions).
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Haus of Wisdom regarding your use of our services.
13.4 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
