By making a purchase, booking a service, joining a programme, submitting a listing or using any of our websites, you agree to these terms. Please take a moment to read them.
2.Purchases and payments
- All prices are as displayed at checkout and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your booking or purchase is confirmed once full payment, or the first instalment of an agreed payment plan, has been received and you have received confirmation from us.
- Where payment plans are offered, you remain responsible for the full price of the product, programme or service, even if you choose to stop attending or using it.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact details so we can reach you with confirmations and updates.
3.Event tickets
- Tickets are valid only for the named event and date stated at the time of purchase.
- Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Tickets may be transferred to another person for the same event, provided you let us know in writing at least 14 days before the event date.
- If we need to reschedule an event, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may transfer your ticket to someone else or request a credit towards a future event.
- If we cancel an event entirely and do not reschedule, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price. We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred.
4.Event conduct
Our events are built on connection, respect and creating spaces where everyone feels safe to be themselves. We ask all attendees to honour that.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask anyone to leave if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or makes others feel unsafe. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
5.Photography and filming
Our events may be photographed and filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appearing in event photography and video that may be used across our websites, social media and marketing materials.
If you would prefer not to be featured, please let a member of the team know on the day and we will do our best to accommodate you.
6.Coaching, masterminds, programmes and 1:1 services
- Sessions and programmes must be paid for in advance or in line with the agreed payment plan.
- Rescheduling a session requires at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.
- Programme and mastermind places are personal to you and cannot be transferred without our written agreement.
- Results depend on your own participation, effort and circumstances. We cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes.
7.Memberships and digital products
- Membership subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date, and your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Digital products, downloads and online course access are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, except where required by law.
- Access to digital content and member areas is for your personal use only. Logins, downloads and materials may not be shared, copied or resold.
8.Directory listings and promotional features
Where you purchase a listing, feature or promotional service from us, such as a speaker directory listing or a feature in one of our publications:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, images and content you provide, and you confirm you have the right to use and share them.
- We reserve the right to decline, edit or remove any listing or feature that we consider inaccurate, misleading, inappropriate or inconsistent with our brand values.
- Listings run for the period stated at purchase and do not renew automatically unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- A listing or feature is a promotional service. We do not guarantee bookings, enquiries or any specific level of exposure or results.
9.Content you share with us
If you provide us with testimonials, reviews, articles, photos or other content, you give us permission to use that content across our websites, publications, social media and marketing. If you would like a testimonial to be shared anonymously or removed, just let us know and we will action it.
10.Not professional advice
Our events, content and services are designed for personal and professional development, inspiration and growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal or financial advice. If you need support in any of these areas, please speak to a qualified professional.

12.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or losses arising from your reliance on the content of our events, programmes or materials. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid to us for the relevant product or service.
You attend events and participate in activities at your own risk and are responsible for your own belongings while attending.
