This Privacy Policy explains how The Haus of Wisdom and its associated brands ("we", "us", "our"), founded by Buckso Dhillon, collect, use and protect your personal information.
It applies across everything we do, including our websites, events, memberships, masterminds, coaching services, speaker directory, publications, digital products and email communications.

We will never sell your personal information to anyone. Your details are used to serve you, not to be passed around.
5.Our lawful bases
Under UK data protection law, we rely on the following lawful bases to use your information:
- Contract, where we need your details to deliver something you have bought or signed up for.
- Consent, where you have opted in, for example joining our email list or submitting a testimonial.
- Legitimate interests, where we use information in ways you would reasonably expect, such as keeping in touch with existing customers or improving our services.

6.Marketing emails and opting out
If you are on our email list, it is because you signed up, downloaded something from us, or purchased from us.
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email, or by emailing us directly. Unsubscribing from marketing will not stop essential emails about bookings you have made, such as event confirmations and updates.
7.Who we share your information with
We only share your information with trusted third parties who help us run the business, and only as far as is needed to do so. These include:
- Payment processors who handle transactions securely on our behalf.
- Our customer relationship, email and website platform, which stores contact details and manages our communications.
- Event venues and suppliers, where needed to run an event, for example dietary requirements or access needs you have shared with us.
- Professional advisers such as accountants, where required.
Some of our service providers are based outside the UK. Where that is the case, your information is protected by appropriate safeguards in line with UK data protection law.
8.Cookies
Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to make the sites work properly, remember your preferences and help us understand how the sites are used so we can improve them.
You can manage or disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Some parts of the site may not work as smoothly with cookies turned off.
9.How long we keep your information
We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out in this policy, or for as long as the law requires. As a guide:
- Purchase and booking records are kept for up to 6 years for tax and accounting purposes.
- Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them.
- Directory listings and published features remain live for the period agreed, or until you ask for them to be removed.

- Ask us to correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason for us to keep it.
- Object to or restrict how we use your information.
- Withdraw your consent at any time, where consent is our basis for using your data.
- Ask for your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, just email us at [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
11.How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to keep your information safe, including using secure, reputable platforms for payments, email and data storage, and limiting access to those who need it.
No system is ever completely secure, but we take our responsibility to protect your information seriously.
12.Children
Our products, services and events are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with their details, please contact us and we will remove them.
